This deluxe model includes the new TP70S snare pad that allows playing snare head, open rimshot, and closed rimshot voices in each of the three zones for more musical expression. Your feet will appreciate the genuine Yamaha bass drum pedal that provides authentic feel for the kick drum, and the HH65 adjustable hi-hat controller pedal. Three 10" cymbals are mounted to chrome cymbal stands on a steel rack system to provide a solid foundation for your rhythm sessions. Yamaha DTX-500K Electronic Drum kit

The DTX500K kit is built around a tone generator that has 427 naturally sampled acoustic drum and percussion voices, including Yamaha oak, maple, beech and birch drum sounds. The versatile module includes MIDI; a metronome; Groove Check and Rhythm Gate training functions; and an aux input to play along with your favorite tunes. Velocity-switching samples that change their sound characteristics as you play harder provide enhanced realism. There are 50 preset kits as well as the capability to program your own custom user kits, with digital reverb effects and EQ to sweeten the sound. The DTX500K pad set includes cymbals, snare, 3 toms, a hi-hat pad and pedal controller, and a kick pad with kick pedal. The DTX500K features traditional electronic rubber practice pads that have a nice stick rebound without being too bouncy. The module is compatible with the DTX-PADs so upgrading the kit is very easy.
